How long do orders typically take?

A: Please allow up to 10 business days for completion of all current designs. While doing the sweater itself can be done quite quickly, I work on a first come, first complete basis with priority to my online orders. I have online orders on 4 channels so they get completed as they come in.

 

Where is local pickup?

A: Edmonton: We are located in north east Edmonton, in the community of Mcconachie. Near 167 avenue and 66 street. Exact address is provided when you order is completed. 

We no longer offer Calgary pick up, please choose shipping. 

How does porch pickup work?

A: When your order is ready, you will receive an automated message from the website with pick up instructions as well as the address. 

 

How do customs work?

A: Please select the custom listing. Choose your colour sweatshirt, your size, and the writing colour. In the notes: please add, the writing you want on it, the sizing of the writing, the font, (you can reference designs I've already done) and if you want anything else on the sweatshirt. If you have an intricate custom, or something that needs to be designed from scratch, the price will likely increase and I will invoice you before I begin. 

Alternatively, you can give me full creative control. 

How do I wash my Zen Lion gear?

A: Please wash inside out with like colors, in cold wash, on a gentle cycle. Please hang to dry. Your garment will last longer if you follow these instructions.

*please do not wash for 48 hours after picking up your item as I sometimes have only just completed them and they need to set.*
