Hello!

The sweatshirts were amazing but the process of getting them was super frustrating. I wanted to get a jump on the order so that we could have some extra time wearing them over the holidays which didn’t happen because of my inquiries going unanswered until I made a comment on one of your instagram posts.
My initial inquiry was December 31st and the second one was about a week later which still would have given us 3 weeks of wearing them with your turn around time.

I guess what I’m saying is that the communication line is not great and I definitely feel as though my order should have been expedited a bit more due to the time of my initial inquiry. I
